Delivery is free for any order over €100 to anywhere in mainland EU. There are surcharges for islands which can be seen in the checkout. The speed of this delivery is dependent upon location, for example urban areas are more likely to be delivered at the beginning of the expectancy delivery schedule, whilst rural areas towards the backend of the delivery schedule. The delivery time is between five and seven working days, dispatch date is dependent on your payment method, instant payments (credit card, IBP, Amex) will ship within 1 working day. Bank Transfer will ship when payment has cleared, which takes between 1 and 3 working days. Please note cash on delivery does not apply this delivery schedule and you will be contacted after your order with available time slots if applicable. We do not offer a cash on delivery service.

Rapid delivery is a 48 hour delivery as per the delivery table on the right hand side, this does not include weekends. You must place your order before 1pm to qualify for the 48 hour deliIvery, please note that if you live in a remote area eg. Cyprus, Malta, the delivery maybe 72 hours.

Dispatch date is dependent on your payment method, instant payments (credit card, Trustly, IBP, Amex) will ship same day if ordered before 1pm or next working day if after 1pm. Bank Transfer will ship when payment has cleared. Please note cash on delivery payment cannot be used with rapid delivery.
