Depending on the product you order please see the below guarantees, these are free of charge to help keep your product protected.

14 Day Guarantee

This includes all products. If your product is faulty within 14 days you will be offered a replacement or a refund, you may be requested to return the item first for appraisal before a refund or replacement can be given, this is to check for accidental damage or misuse.

3 Year Warranty

If your product develops a fault after 14 days then you may return the item to the manufacturer up to their manufacturer time period. If their time period elapses before 3 years you may return it to ourselves up to the 3 year period. If the manufacturer offers a warranty beyond 3 years then after the 3 year period we will not be able to help you get your item repaired as this is a manufacturer warranty offer. At any point after 14 days and within 3 years you can return the item to ourselves for repair. If the repair costs more than a replacement then a replacement will be given. PLEASE NOTE: Accidental damage or misuse will void the guarantee.


Returns

Returning An Item

If you wish to return to us instead of the manufacturer you will need the following information:

1) Original invoice number

2) Model Number of the item including colour if applicable

3) Nature of the fault, describing as detailed as possible

4) Where and how you became aware of the fault

5) All contact details for yourself including the return address you would like item returned to

We will then issue you with a returns number and an address for it to be sent to.

Please note all packages returned to ourselves/handler is at the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that the correct insurance on returning the item is taken out so to protect for any damages in transit. This responsibility lies only with the sender.

Received Wrong Item

If you have received the wrong item due to a mis-pick in our warehouse you must let ourselves know within 48hrs of receiving it, if this is our fault will refund the postage of returning the item up to an agreed amount, a receipt will be requested to prove the cost. If however, you let us know after 48hrs it is at the customers expense to return the item. If you have ordered the wrong item you must return it within 7 days at your own expense. In both cases the item must return be returned in a saleable condition. If not we reserve the right to set a recommended saleable value for the product and charge the customer the difference between that value and the value of the item as shown as new on the website. All box contents must be returned, failure to do so will mean the cost of the non-returned items deducted from the refund or replacement item(s).
