COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE

October 30th Update

DELIVERY

More restrictions across Europe have come into place to help stop a second wave of covid-19, therefore we are giving customers an update on our business. At Rhinocamera it is still business as usual, we are continuing to send out parcels on the free delivery service, most parcels are arriving on time, although in some areas there are delays, but the delay is short. The express delivery service is no longer available, we can only offer the free delivery service.

RETURNS DEPARTMENT

The returns department is still open and are receiving returns in line with government advice. As always please follow the returns procedure on the website.
